Devcon is used to adhere your wick tabs to containers. There is nothing worse than making candles and having your wicks float up to the top. Devcon gives you the peace of mind, using a small pea size amount is all you need.

Sets up within 20 minutes which gives your wax time to melt and gives you time to center wicks.

This is a non flammable adhesive.

Most people prefer this over glue dots and hot glue. For the price why not try it, you wont regret it.

Extra Secure

This works much better than wick stickers because you can push the wick tab all the way to the base of your vessel letting you get more burn out of each candle. I've also used hot glue which gives a similar benefit but you run the risk of the wick "floating" if your jar gets too hot near the end. The only downside is that it's harder to remove the adhesive if you re-use your jars. Once you get the tube open, you probably want to wick a full 100 or so of your jars all at once to prevent wasting silicon that cures in the nozzle.

Great glue

I haven’t tried any other method for setting my wicks so I can’t compare it to anything. It seems it sets up/dries pretty quick, which is nice is you want to make same day candles. I usually pre mine the day before though to ensure it has enough time to completely dry.

Love this glue. Non-messy...seals quickly & very strong. No more glue sticks or dots for me. By far the best for gluing the wicks to the jars or containers.
